Once you have selected your perfect room, FCLROOM (Four Corners & Living Rooms) will hold it for you for up to 48 hours. To secure your booking, we ask for a deposit equal to two weeks' rent, which will be applied to your future rent as outlined in the agreement or email confirmation.

If you decide not to go ahead with the agreement after reserving your room, the deposit will unfortunately be non-refundable.

Once your occupancy agreement is signed, rent payments will need to follow the agreed schedule, whether fortnightly or monthly. If you choose to cancel your agreement, you'll need to find a replacement occupant to take over the lease. A cancellation/administration fee equivalent to one week's rent will apply.
